Position Summary

The Supply Chain Customer Experience Intern supports collaborative tasks for Customers’ Replenishment teams. This role processes customer information to generate added value-added insights to develop a high-quality relationship with supply chain driven customers and plays an internal role supporting sales growth and driving operational efficiencies while working collaboratively with Planning and Customer Development teams. This role will last approximately one year.

Position Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with direct contact with customer replenishment buying and sales teams.
  • Communicate upcoming critical stock issues and discontinued items.
  • Work with Customer Experience Manager to identify possible improvements on customer data management.
    • Running SAP, Excel, and Power BI reports to identify required data such as sales volume, on-time, truck load utilization, order patterns, and master data.
    • Utilize customer information for order tracking, order receipt, etc.
    • Analyze customer information for quality data purposes.
  • Links closely with planning and customer development teams to identify gaps for seamless order execution and service level.

Challenges:

  • Manage high volume of information, multiple sources, and processing tools for key retailers within scope.
  • Operate in a high-speed environment with multiple customers, short lead times, high volume, quick response, and high customer expectations.

Education and experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Logistics or Business-related fields
  • SAP Order Management Experience a plus
  • APICS Certification or retail Supply Chain Certification a plus

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/ Power BI capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong internal/external customer centric focus/stakeholders management
  • Good assertive communication skills, written/oral
  • Massive Data management
  • Continues improvement mindset
