[ Main Objectives ]
As Taiwan Assistant Finance Manager, you will partner with one of our business partners (Commercial) to drive business performance and give decision support
Started with setting targets, creating plans, and producing forecasts which are aligned to the strategy, identifying KPIs that help business to understand actual performance, hold the business to account for performance, and making decisions support that are timelier effective, strategically aligned, and value-maximizing even when you’re not the final decision-maker

[Job Detail]
1. Support the company's business team to maximize profitability, strengthen strategic investment for growth through performance management, decision support, developing business models, strategy formulation and putting strategy into action as a Finance Business Partner
2. Analyze actual financial performance on monthly basis to drive business team to close the gaps; support counterparts to manage P&L
3. Lead and improve brand investment forecast, deliver pre/ post promotion evaluation and drive ROI
4. Involvement of annual budgets, planning & forecast cycle, target setting for brands; support business team in gross margin management
5. Communicating business performance related to brands and highlight key issues to business team to push for actions
6. Lead Ad-hoc projects and financial process enhancement

[Requirement]
1. Degree in business or finance related fields with 5 years+ working experience in business/financial analysis, preferably gained from FMCG industry
2. Good analytical skills with strong business acumen
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
4. Ability to work independently & effectively with all levels within an organization
5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
6. Passion for driving business growth and willing to go for extra mile
7. Solid MS office tools skills especially on Excel; presentation skills
8. Knowledge of ERP/SAP
9. Experience in automation or Power BI is a plus
