TRESemméwas born in the salon and is housed under the Beauty and Wellbeing division. It is one of our power brands for the hair category, with a strong foothold inthe US market but also a huge opportunity for growth in our World at Large markets (outside ofNorth America). The ambition is toestablishsizeablebusinessin these markets and build a strong brand that drives growth and brand power rooted in the brand’s DNA. Tresemmeis admired across the globe for its Salon-Worthy Products and Style-First Approach. It strives to bring that salon feel to everyone,everyday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will report toTresemmeGlobal Innovation Brand Manager and willbe responsible fordevelopment& deployment of critical Global Innovation Programs ofTresemme. This position offersa great opportunitytodemonstrateindependent leadership, agility,flexibilityand clearly ownable deliverables.We’relooking for a candidate whois able tohit the ground running,demonstratehigh levelsof responsibility, ownership, an immense bias foractionsand desire to develop within the exciting and demanding world of hair care.A very goodeye for beauty &aestheticis important.
The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams (globallyand locally)to co-lead innovation projects, creative design partners, as well as partnering with the topregionalmarkets to drive impact and growth. This role will give you the opportunity to put your mark on the future ofTresemmeby delivering new critical brand premium innovations inLatamwith responsibilities focused on:
(1) Co-lead the overall project management ofTresemme2 premium innovation projects, including ideation of mixes, business cases studies andstakeholdersmanagement/ approvals.
(2) Co-Lead development and deployment of innovations, creating and developing conceptsforbydeep understanding consumer habits and needs.
(3) Lead on-trend innovation toolkit creation (artwork, claims, in-store,etc) with social/culture-first thinking, building beauty mixes that drive desirability.
This position will also have the responsibility for developing an intern.
ABOUT YOU
Relevant Experience Needed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or related fieldrequired;Master’sdegree preferred.
Has at least 3-5 yearsin Marketing, ideally withglobal experience in innovation development anddeployment.
Strong passion for Beauty Category and landing innovation mixes OTIF with strategic and operationalrigor, flexibility, agility and eye for detail,beautyand craftsmanship.
Experience in & passion for Beauty Category isa must; past role in premium beauty/skin care or hair care is a plus.
Hasexperience incrafting anddeploying successful innovations across multiple markets and regions.
Has experience in effectivelymanaging the relationshipwith global and local cross-functional partners.
Ideally experience in Global Brand Development or Innovation experience with a proventrack recordon mix development and deployment.
Proven experience of leading networks delivering projectson-timeand in-full(OTIF)
Proven experience in results tracking and analysis tooptimizemix development isrequired.
