To achieve sales, maximize distribution, display, minimize OOS, and dialogue objectives in support of CD, Marketing, Area, and Company Plans.
To deliver excellence in Trade Marketing, AIM execution through the implementation of trade activities and the development of strong trade and customer relationships.
To support the induction and development of new entrants through in-field training and coaching where agreed with the Area Manager.
Distributor operation management: To ensure DT provide the right structure, quality people with right pay as agreed JPB.
Coverage Planning: doing coverage analysis, zone, team splits, store coverage is based on principle and align with total company.
Sales planning: leading and working very close with distributor leader to have proper sales plan by salesman, channel.
Sales team capability building: Keep coaching & training team or give the right solution how to develop the capability of field team to hit the company expectation.
Distribution: set a clear target & guide the execution sales team to improve placement of COTC & NPDs in their assigned DT.
Market intelligent update: leading with team update on the activities of competitor and develop the right sales strategy to grow sales, and utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff.
Lead and drive Distributor Team to Execute Trade activities, Maximize the implement of POSM to hit as per timeline & effectively.
The ideal candidate needs good interpersonal skills, time management and task , and strong sales fundamental
Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales or business.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Sales Force/Marketing in FMCG Industry.
Excellence of communication in English both written and spoken.
Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data reading, and PowerPoint
Able to travel & driving
Strong sales fundamental & team training & Coaching
