Responsibilities of the role includes smooth execution of sales and media operations for HUL’s fast evolving quick commerce ecosystem. The incumbent will partner with internal teams and external agencies to enable market beating growth while maintaining strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Enablement
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Category, Tax, Controllers etc.) and external partners (Capgemini, Accenture etc.) to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
Collaborate with platform finance and business teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enable uninterrupted sales flow.
Media Operations
Work closely with internal media team, platform partners, and external media agencies to ensure timely execution of media campaigns.
Monitor media spends, ensure compliance with agreed budgets and timelines as well as payments TAT are within agreeable thresholds. Troubleshoot for any bottlenecks.
Claims & Payments
Ensure timely receipt of claims from platforms and coordinate with internal team for quick validation and clearance of payments.
Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time for claims payout.
Receivables Management
Monitor customer overdues and work with platform and CD teams to ensure timely collections.
Implement proactive measures to minimize credit risk and improve working capital efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between finance and business teams to resolve operational issues and enable sustainable growth.
Support governance and control processes to maintain financial hygiene.
Ensure compliance with HUL’s financial and operational controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualification: CA / MBA with 3–5 years of experience.
Strong operational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex processes and deliver results under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
