Your Role

We are looking for an ambitious, over-achieving Corporate Route to Market Lead to manage our Corporate Route to Market business as part of our high-performing Food Service team. As Corporate Route to Market Lead, you will be responsible for managing our Brakes, Bidfood & Chains Food Service business. This will include managing two direct reports. You will be responsible for creating your area plan to deliver market outperformce in-line with budget KPIs, driving top to top relationships across key customers & suppliers, developing and coaching your team to deliver outstanding results. The team culture is welcoming, supportive and relish overdelivering their budgetary targets as a team.

Your Key Tasks

  • Managing all elements of the ekaterra P&L
  • Develop strong relationships with senior contacts in your customer base & act as internal champion for your area
  • Creating your area plan to deliver on ekaterra’s vision and your budget targets.
  • Line managing 2 direct reports including performance management
  • Coaching & developing your team
  • Managing the relationship with our contracted service provider
  • Inspiring your team to over-deliver on your budget KPIs

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a self-starter
  • Have strong conviction and a bias for action.
  • Be a seasoned National Account Manager ready to take the next step in developing their line management capability.
  • Have prior experience in FMCG and Food Service is essential.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Showcase evidence of prior KPI delivery & a high level of commercial acumen
