As the ekaterra Sales Finance Manager (SFM) you will act as the “Head of Finance” across the entire sales team, interfacing with a multitude of key stakeholders to include Channel & Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Field Sales (Retail & Food Solutions), eCommerce and Finance to help shape and execute sustainable and profitable growth strategies.
You will lead the planning process and operational delivery of the annual plan as you partner closely with the VP Sales, Americas as well as Cross Functional team to drive profitable growth, identify opportunities and solve business challenges. A key pillar of this position is to ensure financial KPIs are met through S&OP P&L & Trade/BMI management. You will lead the synchronization of volume and investment, overseeing the “balancing of the books” to ensure the plan is delivered on-strategy, in budget, and with maximum ROI.You will drive trade efficiencies by supporting ongoing review of promotions and customer activities to ensure the maximum ROI.
Lead trade rate and target setting to ensure approved strategies are competitive and funded appropriately.
Manage and own trade budget ensuring no unapproved overspends.
Lead and coordinate all deliverables for Trade Reviews and volume calls.
Lead ideation, development, and execution of key strategic growth initiatives across Retail and Food Solutions to unlock significant growth.
Maximize ROI of total investment (trade, Shopper Marketing, retail, other) by ensuring full utilization of information and tools throughout the TEAm.
Manage rigorous Post Event Evaluation process.
Support Field Sales in the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:
Close partnership with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance Leadership.
Strong collaboration across Channel & Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Field Sales (Retail & Food Solutions), eCommerce and Finance.
Support Field Sales with customer facing engagements as required (i.e., Joint Business Planning).

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required (Business or Marketing major preferred).
5+ years of related customer business experience, CCD a plus.
Demonstrate initiative and ability to drive project management.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize.
Strong problem-solving skills and possess solid judgment & decision-making ability.
Passion for profitable sustainable growth and execution.
Strategic influencing skills (internally & externally) to drive Field Sales, Division strategies and growth goals.
Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and understanding of sales, POS, and Shopper data software programs.
Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations.
