SEA HC D-Comm Lead

  • Recommends dCom agenda to BU, drives transformation & maintains senior sponsorship

  • Is the single point of accountability for end-to-end BU planning and execution of dCom, delivery against KPIs, pressure-testing and reviewing decisions made by the dCom team

  • Interface between the DMC and the BU brand teams, driving dCom end-to-end delivery

  • Responsible for ensuring the business needs are communicated to cross-functional team

  • Channel and category opportunity Analysis

  • Portfolio Strategy & e-NRM

Raise the Floor

  • D-Comm and OMNI E2E DDM partnership and operational framework (media value exchange)

  • D-Comm Audience base Media budgeting, Planning Guidelines & Measurable Media KPI’s

  • Performance Tracking/ Optimization & KPI’s

Raise the Ceiling

  • Advance always on E2E DDM automation based on Value Dense CORE Portfolio-Targeting & re-targeting for cross sell/up-sell

  • Performance report automation for progressive optimization

  • D-Comm Country Strategy & Performance Media Leads in TH, PH, VN, MYSG

Key Interfaces

  • DMC Team: Ensure E2E Performance & Data Driven Activation plans

  • Brand Teams: Align on Portfolio Strategy & plans

  • Local DCom Team: Align HC portfolio strategy with e-Commerce initiatives and projects

  • Mindshare: Working with Media agency on ensuring right audience-based performance media planning and buying guidelines are in place

  • Finance Team: Ensure budgets are aligned and all spends are within the right KPI framework

  • Partners & Customers: Establish a good relationship with key pureplay & OMNI Customer partners to to drive joint penetration & Growth initiatives and plans

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years 'experience in D-Commerce/related fields

  • Someone who can work in cross-functional set-up and can manage several stakeholders

  • Someone who can process multiple data and information to come up with the most logical solutions to business opportunities

  • A role-oriented self-starter with initiative to propose new ideas/initiatives

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Interest in data, media, digital for Commerce and tech innovations are desirable

  • Agile and resilient to extreme pressure
