Main Job Purpose:
Responsible to ensurethe culinaryquality and create innovative application of the Unilever Food Solutions product portfolio to support UFS business plan
Key Duties:
Translate insights into product ideas and applicationin order torecommend business solutions to external customers through UFS brands
Lead on Chef Manship training to ensureunderstandingUFS products for Sales & Marketing. Manage resources ofChefmanshipCenter
Manage culinary resources andto ensurethat investments made have positive businessimpactsespecially in his/her assigned areas.
Support and be a presenter in roadshow/events/activities both internal and to customers that require chef to present applications
Job Requirement:
College graduate -Culinaryschool
Must have at least held a chef position in a hotel or restaurant capacity - at least3-4years
Background in teaching or haveexperiencedin training, consultancy for restaurants or chains is a plus
Must be able to speak and express himself in anexcellent andprofessional manner - good working knowledgeonpresentation skills
Fully operational in culinary knowledge and technique
